Specifications
Double-wall rotomoulded PE/PU foam injection isothermal roll, a process in which Olivo is world leader. The one-piece structure ensures watertightness and avoids thermal bridges.
The inside of the box is grooved to create convection corridors to promote cold circulation.

Our factory is located in the heart of the Saint-Etienne region, upstream from the Gorges de la Loire. For over 65 years, we have been working to keep our production facilities in Rouchonne, the cradle of plastics processing and industrial know-how.
Durability & maintenance
The rotational moulding process makes it easy to re-weld the material in the event of breakage. Regular maintenance and careful handling will extend the product’s useful life.

How to choose a model of insulated container ?
The choice of an insulated container rests on several parameters which will be analysed with a member of our team:

Do you offer an annual service
Yes. To prolong the useful life of the insulated containers and to combat MSDs, Olivo offers a fleet maintenance service. Seals, walls, casters, feet and gas springs all need to be checked regularly to guarantee they are in good condition and working properly. The performance and ease of use of the equipment depends on regular, serious technical follow-up. For more information about this service, go to Maintenance & Repairs.

How can an insulated container be recycled ?
As part of its environmental policy and to meet Extended Producer Responsibility requirements, Olivo offers a service dismantling insulated containers and reusing, recycling or valorising its components.
When must an insulated container be retired and recycled?
- If your use is subject to the ATP, your insulated container is over 12 years old and you wish to use it for journeys over 80 km;
- If the extent of the wear and tear on the insulated container means it can no longer be repaired;

To recycle your insulated container, you will need to contact your account manager, who will guide you through the dismantling procedure.
900-Liter Insulated ROLL
This large insulated container, with an interior volume of 885 liters and walls made of food-grade polyethylene, is ideal for transporting food, healthcare products, and logistics goods. The various cooling options available for this food-grade container make it suitable for transporting frozen, fresh, or ambient-temperature goods.
