Eppo, expertise built around the realities of Turkish logistics flows

With Eppo, the cold chain is not approached solely from an equipment perspective. Since 2007, he has been supporting professionals who need to transport, store or distribute temperature-sensitive products, with a strongly field-oriented approach.

His work begins with understanding the flow: what temperatures need to be maintained? For how long? Under what conditions are the products handled? What constraints do the teams face on a daily basis? This operational assessment then makes it possible to define the solutions that are genuinely suited to the need.

Eppo works on issues ranging from technology selection to process optimisation and team training. He also has a strong command of several standards and requirements relating to temperature-controlled environments, including GDP, GAMP5, ATP and HACCP.

This way of working fits naturally into the partnership with Olivo. Insulated containers and passive cooling solutions are not offered as an automatic response, but as an option to be integrated when they genuinely match the need.

With his international experience and knowledge of refrigerated logistics issues, Eppo brings valuable expertise: starting with actual usage before discussing technology. A pragmatic approach, particularly well suited to companies seeking to make their flows more reliable without unnecessarily complicating their organisation.

What is the best insulated container for communal catering ?

There is no best container in absolute terms, but there is a best choice for each operation.
