The BAC 25 isothermal container is the ideal solution for those who need a high-performance isothermal storage container. With an external dimension of 490 x 510 x 670 mm and an internal dimension of 242 x 267 x 393 mm, this container has a total volume of 25 litres.
What’s more, the BAC25 is made from food-grade polyethylene and features a moulded eutectic plate support and a mass-moulded body/lid joint. The BAC25 is also fitted with a recessed frog with sealing facility, two moulded handles and a riveted label holder.
This tub uses Top 25 eutectic plate.

Personalization
Is it possible to order made-to-measure containers ?
Olivo’s solutions are designed and made to meet the cold chain logistics requirements of a maximum number of users. The sizes therefore correspond to international standards for logistics: Euro pallet, ISO pallet, Asia pallet. Our different models are fall into three separate ranges for which we rarely make made-to-measure containers. However, depending on what your project involves and the volumes to be produced, we can work with you to see if a custom solution is possible.

Personalization
Can the insulated container be pierced or drilled through?
No. Olivo strongly advises against piercing or drilling into the wall of an insulated container as it would no longer be intact, which would affect its tightness and impair its thermal insulation performance. If you wish to personalise your container, you should contact your account manager, who will help you to find the right solution.

Isothermal containers
What preventive operations are recommended to guarantee the longevity of an insulated container?
In order to prolong the useful life of insulated containers, Olivo recommends certain preventive actions:
- Cleaning and disinfection of the equipment based on a washing plan defining the method and frequency;
- Lubrication of the closing systems, casters and brakes;
- Checking the tyres on the casters for wear;
- Annual technical inspection: checking the condition of the inner and outer walls, the seals, etc.

It meets the needs of professionals seeking a reliable solution for single-item shipments, local delivery routes, or operations requiring high thermal precision.
With an interior volume of 26 liters and exterior dimensions of 490 × 510 × 663 mm, the BAC 25 fits easily into delivery vehicles, preparation areas, or confined storage spaces.
It is intended for food distributors, laboratories, the food service industry, and logistics environments requiring manageable, high-performance containers.
Technical Specifications
The body and lid are made of UV-resistant food-grade polyethylene, featuring injected polyurethane foam and a double-walled, rotomolded, ribbed structure approximately 100 mm thick. This design ensures excellent thermal insulation and resistance to temperatures ranging from -80 °C to +70 °C.
The BAC 25 is equipped with a one-piece silicone frame gasket and a sealable, zinc-coated eccentric closure. To facilitate loading and unloading, the lid opens to 115°. Two rotomolded side handles are integrated into the body to ensure safe handling. The bin also features an integrated stacking lug and can hold approximately 20 kg of pellets.
